PVP kills/deaths.

I've just reworked some of the routines that handle player death, which has made a few systems work a bit better:

- XP gain for PVP kills now applies properly, and is split like PVE kills, based on effort.
- Influence gain from PVP defending now only applies if the person you killed is not from your own faction.
- The cost reduction for deaths in faction areas will now correctly apply in all situations.
