11.2.1 The Amaian Race

The Amaians are an amphibious species originating in the ocean depths of the planet Delphi. Their scale-like skin is smooth and hairless, in a range of blue-green hues, with long fins growing from their limbs and back, and vestigial gills on the neck.

Although they have evolved many terrestrial adaptations and are capable of survival in such environments, Amaians are best suited for aquatic living and are imprinted with a strong affinity for water and their home planet, whether or not they were raised there.
