11.2.3 The Elgan Race

The Elgan are an industrious people native to the planet Krell. They are characterized by a small stature, very large ears and eyes, and sand-hued skin that is generally hairless.

Elgan are known for being cheerful and social, but they are also quick-tempered and tend to hold grudges.

Much of traditional Elgan culture is centered around dancing, gambling, and practical jokes, but even those raised with little connection to the homeworld exhibit an affinity for these activities.
