The RA (Rimward/Antispinward) Quadrant is, when viewed in 2D representation, the southwest quadrant of the Starmourn Sector.

Subsectors include the Hreysil Cloud, Grenshulian territory, Iron Corsairs territory, and a portion of Scatterhome.
