14.9 Realestate

Real estate includes the buying and selling of Habitations, similar to Brokerage for ships. 

To put your habitation up for sale on the real estate market, use REALESTATE SELL <hab> FOR <price> <MARKS|CREDITS>. If you want to remove it from market, use REALESTATE DELIST <hab>.

You can browse habitations for sale using REALESTATE LIST, view information about a specific listing with REALESTATE INFO <hab>, and buy it with REALESTATE BUY <hab>.

Note that when a habitation is sold, all items contained in the habitation will remain where they are. This means you can sell a fully furnished and decorated habitation and, rest assured, all items will remain where they are.
