12.8 RS Quadrant

The RS (Rimward/Spinward) Quadrant is, when viewed in 2D representation, the southeast quadrant of the Starmourn Sector.

Subsectors include the Y'saari Covenant, the Selassian Dynasty, the Zinari Imperium, the Nabian States, and the Arcturus Nebula. The quadrant also encompasses portions of the Vyan Shroud and Fatar territory.
