Call for Volunteers closed, Worldbuilder apps open indefinitely, admin policy changes.

Hello everyone!

The Call for Volunteers has now closed. We received lots of fantastic applications and look forward to expanding the team! If you submitted one, you should hear back this week.

We have decided that, indefinitely, applications to become a Worldbuilder will remain open. We can always benefit from more Worldbuilders, and it's also a great way to earn some extra credits! A new helpfile has been created for that process, HELP WORLDBUILDERS.

We have also modified HELP ADMINRULES somewhat. Rules for volunteers have not changed, but the language of the document has been clarified a bit. There is one policy change, though, that you should be aware of:

- Producers are not allowed to have characters, though they may occasionally inhabit impermanent player character personae in conjunction with admin-level storylines.

We have also updated HELP ADMINS, HELP STORYTELLERS, added HELP VOLUNTEER CODERS, and fixed indexing issues in HELP 90.
