It appears some recent mindsim update is incompatible with news writing. Here is a version of my previous attempt that hopefully... works.

Greetings, Sector.

After many years of work, one of our largest construction projects is finally finished, and we will be unveiled on Nulday in the 1st week of Aegis, 968 A.E. (// Oct 8th, 11 PM GMT). All of you who are not enemied to the Dominion at the time are invited to join the celebration. We will gather at the shuttle landing pad in Song City and proceed to the unveiling from there. The Dominion looks forward to seeing you there.
