I do believe I made a bad call with a couple of the new promotion artifacts and based on feedback and some more testing, there are a couple of changes to be done.

I apologize for this and will strive to maintain more clarity in the future.

- Muscular Augments : Your crash is no longer uninterruptible by denizens (this does not apply to faction guards)
- Emergency Life Support : Whenever you take fatal damage, you will heal for 25% of your maximum health ( 1 hour cooldown).

These changes will go live today!
