Updates News Post #280

Various updates.

Addressed to:

- Kill quest progress is now shared while group hunting (This means that if you would be eligible to get experience for a mob kill, you'd also be credited with that kill if relevant to a quest). This does not apply for quests in which you have to collect items or quests that have custom requirements
- You may now JUNK SCRAP MOD | <mod ID> to scrap your unwanted mods
- RPWHO will now give you the syntax to add yourself to the list even if the list is empty
- Mask potency decreased: You are now masked only for in-room actions (says, emotes, etc.) and WHO/QW (remember MASK TOGGLE). Your real name will show in all other places (so no more masked HONORS, refineries, etc.)
- You may now attempt to LOOK at a person using their race. So you might do LOOK HUMAN or LOOK AMAIAN. If there are more than one of said race in the room, you may LOOK HUMAN 2 or LOOK AMAIAN 3. Might help out in seeing what those masked people look like. For the masked ones, do be sure that you don't reference your own name in your description, like I used to do.
