Fixes and QoL.

- Furniture created via furnishing will automatically lock in place when dropped
- There is a new ability in Furnishing now that allows you to %7FURNISHING DISMANTLE <furniture item>% in order to allow a furniture item to be picked up again
- %7HELP <faction>% will also indicate who the current Storyteller is. In case there is none, Eukelade and I are listed as options so don't be afraid to toss ideas our way
- Some bugs with docking loops have been fixed
- Some bugs with beheading corpses that would result in nameless heads have been fixed
- There is now a confirmation required for when you %7PROMO MARKET BUY% something
- Ships of inactive/gone players will no longer show in %7STATION SHIPS ALL% or in the room look when at docking rooms
- Various help files updated or created
- Some bugs with the Equipment Augmentation Kit (Artifact) have been resolved. Additionally, now it will also repair to full when auto-repairing
