For the next while we'll need to place a moratorium on approving further customization requests which involve colorizing item names.

Since added, they've been the source of a range of very challenging bugs affecting line colorization, even for lines where they are not present, such as color being sporadically stripped when LOOKing in a room. A generalized fix is still under investigation, but tested solutions so far have imposed a severe performance tax on every single line sent from the server.
