Directory and News catchup!

HELLO!

It is a day of announcements.

This is mainly Senzei's work, to be honest, but I am very excited about both of these things!

FIRSTLY...
We now have a DIRECTORY command. It doesn't (yet) work on its own, but you can add a search term after it, or follow it with 'all' or 'nearby' to find shops in the area and the closest trade terminal. You'll also notice there are now trade terminals in cities!

SECONDLY...
Senzei has added the command NEWS CATCHUP, which will mark EVERY SINGLE NEWS ITEM AS READ! So no more faffing around opening thousands of news posts etc.
