The Starmourn team is seeking excited, self-motivated individuals to jump on board and help us deliver the best possible experience to you, the players!

We are looking for some volunteers to join our team in the following areas:

RP/Building - As a builder, you'll run roleplay events (small and large), along with adding new and exciting areas, items, and npcs to the game for players to enjoy! This role is akin to a D+D gamemaster, devising plots and dungeons for other players to adventure through. People who enjoy the feeling of gratification that comes from watching others use what you have created should definitely think about applying!

Coders - As a volunteer coder, we need your help to refine and improve our existing systems. Fix bugs, offer feedback on upcoming system designs, and generally ensure that the game is running smoothly at all times!

We want you to succeed, so we'll provide all of the training you need to get you up to speed.

To be successful in these roles, you will need to possess:
- Self-motivation and follow-through
The most important skill one of our volunteers can have is the ability to start on a project and see it all the way through to completion. We like self starters, but we like finishers more!

- Creativity
Being able to come up with thematic and compelling contributions to the game, in whatever role. Think you'd enjoy brainstorming with our team about the nuts and bolts of the Starmourn universe? Then you might be a good fit!

- Availability
While we appreciate that these are volunteer positions, we do require someone with the time and energy to regularly work on their projects and tasks. We ask that if you apply, you be willing to contribute at least 10 productive hours a week.

Interested? We'd love to hear from you! Drop me an email at tecton@starmourn.com with the following information:

1) Your real name and the characters you play on Starmourn.

2) Your age. As there is an NDA associated with these roles, we require applicants to be at least 18 years old.

3) If interested in the RP/Building side of things:
- Any previous world building/roleplay facilitating experience
- A taste of your creativity - a small outline of an event idea for Starmourn, or an area concept with some room examples. (200 - 300 words max for these please).

If interested in the coding side of things:
- Your experience as a coder, technologies you work in, links to Github/Bitbucket repos etc.
- A taste of your technical prowess - a small technical rundown on one of Starmourn's systems, how you think it works, and two improvements you would make to it.

4) Any other information that you feel would be pertinent for us to know about you, and what you can bring to the table.

Applications for these will close March 6th, 2019.

If you have any questions regarding these opportunities, please don't hesitate to drop me an email!
