A reminder on New Year's Commendations 2023.

Hello Sector!

Just taking a moment to touch base on the 2023 New Year's Commendations, per NEWS READ ANNOUNCEMENTS 425. We've received some questions as to whether these are still a go, and they sure are!

If you have already submitted your list of Commendations, I have sent messages to all that I have received so far to confirm. If you did not receive such a message but did previously submit one, kindly resubmit!

Submissions will now go either to me with a pastebin or document link in a in-game message, or to neritus@starmourn.com.
