Since some people failed to comprehend my post on PVP, here's a couple of breakdowns things:

Q: Can I kill anyone I like?
A: No.

Q: Can I kill someone for being an enemy of my faction.
A: No.

Q: Can I raid faction <x> and kill anyone I see?
A: No, if someone is actively defending and attacking the attackers, sure. Killing uninvolved players is not.

Q: How many times can I kill someone for what I believe to be a valid roleplay reason.
A: In almost all cases, once.

Q: Is it ok to camp cloning locations and attack people repeatedly?
A: Never, that's griefing, and strictly forbidden,
