My response.

Ren,

Thank you for providing me with a rational response.

Had I been asked to discuss matters with the council I would have done so. The only actual communication I have had with the guardians was the reply I recieved from Ata Aurazi, and our subsequent informal meetings at Omni. Therefore I surmised that he was speaking on behalf of the council. I now appreciate that this is not the case.

I was silent as I had wished to speak with Shoko prior to taking any further steps and regrettably I was unable to do so until the Nocturne events were already underway, at which point I was powerless to take any action.

As you are aware I have no intention of grovelling, and am ambivalent towards being enemied by the Ascendency. Being disallowed to enter is of no concern to me. I would like to be alleviated of the surveillance, however.

If your council wishes to discuss anything further with me I would ask you to communicate directly with me, as up until this point proceedings have been incoherent at best.

I would be very interested to discuss the reasons for Sslenick's extended incarceration.

Argo
