The Cosmpiercer Agreement (Song and Scatterhome)

Hail, Starmourn.

After a protest against restrictions on free movement, Scatterhome and Song came to their first agreement as political entities. Avae, Arwuun and Kitty from the Dominion discussed their concerns with Ronin (Scatterhome Marshal) about his faction's policy of declaring Cosmpiercer Attendees enemies.

Before this could happen, a conflict broke out, springing from tensions due to the presence of a large Dominion force. This is the first real big clash between faction forces since the Lord Commander abdicated from her position and shirked her duties. Eventually, Song left, and discussions began. Both sides agreed that the current situation was not sustainable. Such a policy would harm new adventurers from Song and block off a number of hunting grounds. This, it was implied, might lead to a true declaration of war, which would be particularly damaging for Scatterhome.

Ronin agreed that Cosmpiercers should no longer be grounds for declaring people an enemy of those who he represents, as Song had already chosen to do. The exchanges were amicable and in the best interests of the representatives' respective people.

Song asks that all the fresh hostilities cease, and condemn those that attacked and brutally murdered an innocent civilian multiple times as she tried to flee, breaking into the cloning facility to murder her new form.

Such an agreement has also been spoken about with the Celestine Ascendancy, age-old enemies of the Dominion. This debate is indicated to be going well so far.

Glory to us all,
Arwuun.
