Ships and spacemaps.

A couple of quick updates. If your ship is floating out in space for whatever reason (Maybe you RESCUE'd), you can now visit a SIC counter at a station and INSURANCE TOWREQUEST <ship> to have it towed to the nearest station to its current position in space. There is no charge for that at this time, but it can only be done once every 30 minutes.

Additionally, to help those of you who may not be using Nexus, we've added a divider at the bottom of the space map to help you easily capture it for moving to other windows and the like.
