Small fixes.

Addressed to:

- Jetpacks will now work correctly and drain their charges over time and based on planet gravity
- As per classlead #73, TURRET SURGE will no longer affect one's loyals (just like PROPTOSS)
- Leaving your crew now properly gives a return message
- Using CREW INVITE without an argument will no longer invite a random person in
- Fulmination firewalk now has a mininimum channel of 3 seconds, bringing it inline with its balance so it won't fail on short distances
- The Frixion planetary group is now properly named
- Once a ship is bought off the brokerage, it is automatically delisted
