A few updates to our promo experience buffs and other minor quality of life things:

- Whenever you gain an experience (normal/hacking/captaincy) from a promotion (like this months' chests), instead of the buff being activated instantly, you will now receive an Augmentation Chip that you can manually activate by socketing it into your armor via the SOCKET CHIP command.
Note: These Augmentation chips last for 7 RL days in your inventory before they decay. If you do not use them in those 7 days, you will lose them! Once activated, their usual duration starts.

- Items that require special syntaxes to operate will now indicate their usage syntax when you probe them (promotional items in particular). Let us know if we miss any items here!

- There is now a SHOWOFF <item> command that will display an item in your inventory to everyone in the room

- You can now LOOK [AT] <item> ON <player> to inspect something that a player is wearing or wielding
