Fixed a bunch of bugs, noteworthy ones include:

* In emotes, $blah now works for replicas in inventory
* SUIT WATCH no longer detects itself
* SUIT ROUTING without arguments now tells you its status; also, it now does nothing if you try to route to where you already are routing
* NANO MINIATURISATION is now spelled with a Z, the UK spelling should continue working
* Fixed BOT MAINTAIN
* Forced move skills should no longer move guards
* Fulmination Outburst no longer moves mobs
