Faction Credits and Loginmsg.

1. Going forward, factions will receive a small amount of credits whenever a faction member makes a credit purchase. These credits can be administered by anyone with the 'accounts' power within the faction.
FACTION CREDITS will list the current amount of credits within the faction
FACTION CREDITS TRANSFER <amount> <player> <reason> will allow you to transfer credits to a faction member.
A player may only receive up to 25 credits per day from their respective faction.
This functionality will not receive retroactive payouts.

2. Factions can now set a login message that all faction members will see upon logging into the game. This will appear in the regular "Notices and Announcements" section that everyone gets when they log into the game.
There is a new faction power, 'loginmsg', associated with this ability. Currently, all city leaders (Guardians and Lord Commander) and Scatterhome paperpushers have this power bestowed.
Use FACTION LOGINMSG to see the relevant syntax.
Reminder: LOGINMSG/MOTD will show the current "Notices and Announcements" section.
