Small QOL improvements.

Addressed to:

1) There is now a CONFIG REPAIRALERT setting that will have your Mindsim inform you when an item that has just taken damage is below your specified threshold.

2) Fury's stance has been added to prompt and GMCP. You can use the @resource2 token for custom prompts.

3) Ships will regenerate their shields while docked now.

4) Cosmpiercers will inform you even if you're offline now of the amount of marks they have rewarded you. Your faction will also get a log entry on how much it has received.
