Bug fixes.

Addressed to:

- Class resources are now preserved when winning an arena event/spar
- You can now ARENA LEAVE to leave the arena early
- MARKET ORDER/OFFER LIST MINE should work once more
- Issues with defences not showing up on GMCP have been fixed
- You can no longer challenge yourself to a spar
- You can no longer SHIP RETURN to a ship being rebuilt
