The Blood Ark Zeta Deck PTP has had some adjustments done to it - While anyone can still freely use the PTP to teleport to and from the Scatterhome Voidgate Iris, only Scatterhome members can use the PTP to teleport from Zeta to other asteroids in the Scatterhome system.
The initial intent of the homeworld iris system was so that enemies of the main factions wouldn't be locked out from accessing racial homeworlds. However, the Blood Ark PTP allowed anyone to bypass Reynolds Station and teleport inside Haven City at will, so we've adjusted this.
