Some ship-related fixes.

* Autofire now shows messages if the ongoing attempt fails - these messages are rate-limited to avoid too much spam
* Autofire no longer continues firing at newly spawned targets with the same ID after the original target has been destroyed
* Ship EM batteries no longer uselessly penetrate shields
* SHIP DETONATE now affects captaincy experience and is shown on deathsight
* The message about ship weapon cooldowns now includes the module ID
* Attacking a ship while it's docking will now correctly recalculate its docking time
* Clarified SF UNINSTALL syntax notices
* Fixed a problem with ship component damage carrying over to newly installed ones
* The @balance token now works correctly in custom ship prompts
