Quick fixes.

Addressed to:

- Bounties set by NPCs will now properly pay out marks on completion
- CONTRACTS SHOW will always show the correct item you need to retrieve
- CONTRACTS RETRIEVE will now inform you if you've already obtained the item you needed
- CONTRACTS SHOW will now update to show the next step if you've already obtained the item you needed

- CLARIFICATION ON EMBEZZLEMENT: The list of mobs you can embezzle from pulls from the named mobs in a given area. If there are no named mobs in the area you're hacking, you won't find any accounts of interest. That means that yes, you are embezzling funds from actual mobs that you find in the world, interact with and perform quests for.
