Fixes and tweaks.

Addressed to:

- You should now get renown for a rare mob if you are dead while the mob dies. However, if you respawn and the mob dies while you're not in the room, you will not get the renown (This is how the system works for all things, to avoid all sorts of exploits)
- Rare mobs will no longer spawn in the wilderness, but rather "escape" to normal areas around the Sector
- Killing a rare mob now triggers a Conflict channel message
- Some issues with the "adventuring" talents group has been fixed
- AoE damage should no longer crit on mobs. Please let us know if we missed flagging any abilities for this
- It is now possible to earn the "Most Experienced" honors line for topping the XP rankings
- Xenohunt winners have received their honors line
