Fixes and new rankings.

- %7COSMPIERCER RESCUE% will now teleport you back to your cloning room if you are somehow left behind after a cosmpiercer siege
- Killing a rare mob with passive damage while you are dead or no longer present should now properly trigger rewards for you and everyone
- No more duplicate corpses for killing rare mobs
- If you talk to a mob that might have a quest for you but you're below the level needed, you will now get a hint stating this (It often happens that people don't realize some areas have quests that they're too low level for)
- %7RANKINGS XP% finally fixed for people with no talents
- There is now a %7RANKINGS QUESTS% that ranks people based on -unique- quest completions. There is an honors line for topping this chart
- There is now a %7RANKINGS BOUNTIES% that ranks people based on completed bounties. There is an honors line for topping this chart
