Part 1 of 2 of some Dynasty/Faction updates

- You may now %7TT SHOP <name> EXCLUSIVE FACTION|DYNASTY|NONE%. An exclusive shop can only be seen and bought from by members of that particular faction/dynasty.

%6FACTIONS (Celestine and Song)%

The below apply only to Song and Celestine, since SH doesn't have a similar, structured government. We'll see about them...

- People in leadership positions (Leader and Council) will slowly gain rank over time as they stay in office. The gain is slightly higher if you are the leader than if you are in the Council. To go from rank 1 to rank 6 through this process will take a few RL months. This rank stays if that person no longer holds office.
- %7HONORS <person>% will no longer display their faction rank if they are part of leadership but will rather indicate that they are in a leadership position

%6DYNASTIES%

- Dynasty perks will now cost marks, rather than require you to have a certain number of people in your dynasty
- The costs will be deducted from the dynasty account directly. As such, the dynasty account is a default perk
- To purchase perks, simple use the %7DYNASTY PURCHASE <perk>% command if you are the dynasty leader
- Everyone will have to purchase these perks, regardless of previous dynasty size. Sorry!
- %7DYNASTY MARKS% is now a command that anyone in the dynasty can use. The WITHDRAW command is still reserved only for those with the invested power
- Dynasty leaders may now %7MUTE <member>% to mute other dynasty members and prevent them from using DT. (This is a toggle, use again to unmute)
- Dynasty members may now %7DYNASTY RENOUNCE SURNAME% to give up wearing the dynasty's surname. There is no penalty for doing so
- There is a new Dynasty perk available, %7SECRECY%. Once purchased, this perk may be toggled on and off by the leader via %7DYNASTY SECRECY%. If on, member identity will not be disclosed when they speak on DT and %7DYNASTY INFO% will no longer reveal the leader, nor who can induct into the dynasty. Logs will also be shrouded in secrecy
