No More Damaged Shipforge Ships.

Hello everyone,

A number of you have reported that upon receiving your freshly created ship from the shipforge, it was in a rather sorry state, with multiple systems seriously damaged.
I've given the lines of code at the shipforge a stern talking to, and they've promised to do better from now on. Thanks for reporting and definitely bug it if this happens again. 🙂
