Ixsei Desert Hunting Update.

Yo, flesh mounds and insectoid overlords!

I have begun tweaking some of the hunting area respawn rates starting with Ixsei Desert. Creepers and Giants now spawn 50-60% faster. I'll be keeping an eye out for any anomalies or spikes. But in theory this should allow more than one person to hunt comfortably in the desert.

Ideally this will slowly move all the hunting areas to being shareable as more and more players reach level cap and max out critical hit talent points.
