A bumper Damiel update!

Hello my little festive imps,

It's been a while since I updated so I've just been racking my brain trying to remember what I've been doing. So here goes:

- Celestine comms badges now have the functionality for calling all on-duty members.
- Song military/govt. types now have a similar thing but a surveillance medallion with the same functionality.
- Celestine now has a newbie kit available! It has been added to the Immortals to hand out, and can be requested by Guardians and the Impera. It will also be offered to every CA citizen who hasn't already had one upon passing an Immortal.
Added titles for Song faction positions and assigned them.
- Song is also going to be getting a newbie kit (just awaiting final bits and will roll out as soon as I can), and I have started a military kit.
- I Updated a few help files - HELP PROMPT and HELP SHIP COMMANDS, off the top of my head, though I know more still need changes.
- Helped players to host an RP event - objects and NPC interaction for the unveiling of the CA Xenohunt Memorial Arch in Tosmar.
- Made some promo items and shop stuff - snowball machine, genevaults, syrups& I think thats it.
- Built the Tosmar Wildlife Reserve! (Congrats Clover and the GCEPS people!)
- Please look at the interactive display in the visitor center and pat me
on the head. Also good lore in there for the lore-focused.
- Try the tosmar delight from the shop. Is cute.
- USE CUTOUT when you spot the cutout in the paddock.
- Made a new quest in said wildlife reserve. Ask Inge about it.
- Helped to get Winterflame ready (though not as much as any of the rest of them! Euke and Saio especially on the bar and the fog and everything - make sure youre doing your jobs!)
- Made an ABYSSmal easter egg.
- Bug squishes galore.
- Some collectibles issues have been fixed. (I did no coding. Zersiax and Senzei did the coding. They are wizards. I helped to figure out what was wrong though and did a learn.)
- The issue with foiled collectible sets not working is hopefully fixed.
(Senzei did! Go Senzei!)
- The Scatterhome foiled set with the extra scoops seemed to be sharing a
capacity because they WERE. But Zersiax has just right now fixed this!
(Go Zersiax)
- I've just added 30 more mechs and a couple of overgrown orchids to New Dikamazi (up in the cavern to the west).
- Added snowmounds to Tosmar Hunting Area for year-round snowballs.

I have probably forgotten things because I havent updated in too long!

Enjoy! And Happy Flameday everyone! Watch out for those imps!
