Minor updates.

Hello Starmourners!

Few quick updates for you all.

- Org leaders will once again automatically gain rank each real day.
- GMCP will now send the defence list when you receive a defence.add or defence.remove.
- You can no longer oust members of administration from places, we can see our own way out.
- CLAN MUTE will now work the way it states. CLAN MUTE <clan> and CLAN UNMUTE <clan> work. If you do not indicate a clan, it will assume current clan.

I have also been resolving some other bugs that do not need updates. I remind everyone to check their bugs and try to resolve any bugs they know are already fixed.
