GMCP Vitals updates and bug fixes.

Sector, it's me again!

GMCP vitals now contains additional fields:

"tl_xp": Your talent experience.
"tl_nl": Talent experience required for next talent level.
"ww_prios": Your wetwiring priorities in 3 characters in their order of priority. "ahs" would be "affliction health systems" prio.

And! A new field especially for BEAST players:

"mwp": Three characters reporting the activated weapon in each slot. First character is small, second is medium, third is large. Thus a BEAST with a Shield, Netlauncher, and Railgun would see "snr". "e" means that the slot is totally empty.

Also included in this load is a bug fix:

- Previously, new characters started with an "empty" wetwiring priorities. This "empty" wetwiring priorities could also originate from WW PRIORITIES DEFAULT. When doing so, WW PRIORITIES would display your priorities as "health afflictions systems", but this was not actually the case.
- This is now fixed. The real default wetwiring priorities should now definitely be "health affliction systems".
- This means new players should no longer be regenerating systems right out the gate.
- There are some other fun consequences of this change, but we'll leave you to suss that out 🙂

Regards,
Neritus
