Prop damage update.

Hi everyone!

- The way that prop damage scales has been tweaked. More damage will now be dealt to props.
- CONFIG SHOWDAMAGE will show the damage values dealt to props.
- Did you know props can have shrapnel in them? Shrapnel causes players in adjacent rooms to take damage. Now, it also causes other props to take damage. Those props may in turn also have shrapnel, causing a chain reaction.
- Now, if you kill someone via a prop explosion or chain reaction, the person who originally triggered the explosion or chain reaction will be credited for the kill.

This is an update in preparation for some more work that is going into props on a class-by-class basis. Work also still has to be done looking at prop generation to make sure highly-traveled PvP areas have lots of things for you to blow up. But the essentials are now live.

Regards,
Neritus
