Lasers and links!

Hello everyone!

Based on your feedback, we've moved Lasers from Level 29 Captaincy to Level 17.

Also it would appear my previous attempt to prevent multiple linked modules on the same weapon module didn't work! This should work now, and I've had to unlink all existing modules, so you'll have to link them again.

Also we had an issue with the updated NEWBIECHALLENGE ore crusher and gas compressor additions which prevented it from tracking. It should be working properly now. If you have progress that wasn't registered, please ISSUE and we will sort you out!
