Ostari Memorial Halls.

Hey all, Astor here.

After Shardclaw's memorial service in Litharge, Xentha convinced me that the memorial spaces in Ostari needed to be restored, So after doing some cleanup along the mountain roads, the path to the Ostari Memorial Halls are once again open.

The gate lies northwest of the mountain road down to the Jungle at the city limits (v3077). Memorial space is available for those that wish to commemorate late ry'nari or those close to them.
