Player shops on DIRECTORY.

The DIRECTORY command now shows player shops. You can use DIRECTORY on its own to show all shops in your current area, and DIRECTORY <keyword> to search for particular things. General words like 'clothes' and 'food' and 'drinks' should work, but if you find anywhere it isn't then bug it!

ALSO I have fixed the bug with tradeskill fees. I hope.

OKAY - on to making the month changeover ready for tonight!
