Bug fixes!

Hey everyone,

I've been fixing bugs the past couple of days, including:

- BATTLEBOTS LIST and RANKINGS BATTLEBOTS should now work properly, with extra info about the status of the bot on both.
- LOOK/PROBE now shows battlebots' ID number and some other info. Only the owner can see the stats, but everyone can see number of wins, broken/healthy etc.
- The battlecry_buff arti will no longer work on engineer bots.
- Bushraki Blood Bond will now actually give the notifications it's meant to when your partner enters/leaves cryo, enters/leaves combat and dips below 50% health.
- Opened fish baggies will now show on the promo market as <fish> in <baggie>. If it doesn't say the fish it's either not been opened yet or it's empty - it will say when you inspect it which it is!
- Resolved/fixed various other issues and bugs.
