Tweaks to entering/leaving caches.

Hello hello!

I've just made a couple of tweaks to entering and leaving caches, as I've been pondering it for ages and some player issues reminded and motivated me (thank you players!)

1. There's now an alert when you enter a cache that says in lovely red text:
"This is an OPEN PK location - you can be attacked by other players at any time whilst in a cache!"

2. LEAVE WILDERNESS now works the same way as crashing if a player is in a cache and in combat. Other players can prevent them leaving if they have skills to do so, and it has the same chance of working as crashing (it uses the same exact task with different messages). But it just gives an option to players who want to try and run away rather than being trapped into just dealing with it if their RP is not to PvP. They don't get out automatically, or instantly, but it is possible now.

Hope this is useful! If there are any problems with it at all, please remember that things can be fixed and changed, and you just need to let us know the problem via the Official Discord, the ISSUE system, or if it's more general then a BUG will do!

Hope you're all looking forward to the RP event tonight! Join us at sync-1 for a brand new area and an admin-led roleplaying event!

Happy Saturday!
