Couple of small fixes.

Addressed to:

- You can no longer sell stuff on the promo market that isn't loyal to you. If you need to move something and the player who owns it isn't able to move it, ask admin for help, but I think this should be an edge case.

- If you have promo items stored in tents, the tent's ID# will now be shown in brackets after the room name on things like promo list mine.
