New config option to grayscale sensor damage.

Hi all!

In case you weren't aware, when your ship takes sensor damage it causes a static effect to creep into your spacemap, and is very common in Ishvana Incursions. This effect is a bit hard on the eyes, especially for those with any kind of photosensitivity.

You can thus now CONFIG GRAYSENSORDAMAGE ON to have the static colorization grayscaled, rather than use the full range of colors.
