Quick Update on Update 398.

A little while ago, we needed to clear all the open market orders due to a bug. (See Update 398). This caused some of you to lose the money you'd paid to place your market orders in the first place. Thanks to some very neat coding and math work by World Engineer Senzei, we've finally figured out how many of you were owed money and how much money that was, and you have all been paid. Everyone who was paid should have received a message stating the amount. All accounts should now be balanced. Thanks for your patience, everyone!
