Starmourn Staff Changes.

Hello Starmourners,

Just a short post to let everyone know about some staffing changes.

We've decided to part ways with Zersiax and have put Damiel and Neritus fully in charge of Starmourn. We are super excited about these two and in the short time they have been given free rein here, game activity has nearly doubled.

Congrats Damiel and Neritus!
