Carrier Class Ships + Warden Hubs.

Fleet Mining: Carrier class ships
We've created a new ship Superstructure called CARRIER for the newly released Fleet Mining system. This ship class is available at Captaincy 47 and is the only ship able to start SHIP MINING expeditions. Carriers are not able to use weapon modules, so fleet captains are encouraged to bring both mining and defense forces on these excursions.

Piracy Update: Pt 1
We're also rolling out the first part of our piracy update with a new space structure: Warden Hubs. These structures will counter the piracy rating of any space sector they reside in. Destroying one of these hubs will raise the piracy rating of the sector and of the associated captain.

As always, please report any BUGs with these system and we'll address them as soon as possible.
