New Refineries.

BOB has opened new refineries on Omni, also set to 1 mark each.

To current refinery owners: BOB apologizes for this trade war. BOB attempted to work with individual refinery owners to ensure that all refinery owners would not have to operate at a loss to compete with each other. This discussion ended poorly, and resulted in the current state of affairs.

BOB has attempted to dissuade this tactic, as BOB has the numbers for refinery leveling, and the benefit of max level is literally a one (1) mark difference. It is not worth ruining the investment of others for such minor gains.

With this in mind: BOB will be keeping his refineries at 1 mark per batch for the next 25 years, or until refinery owners agree to stop this pointless tactic.
