What is SSN?

[Darkness, accompanied by energetic synthetic notes with their pace set by the beat of drums. The letters S-S-N form in clouded letters, only to twist and reform to say, "What is it?" and the music fades to the background but continues to play.]
[The clouded words unfurl, the view moving backward until it becomes clear that the source of the smoke is coming from a leesa joint being held in a brown, silver-nailed hand. A slightly husky, feminine voice speaks up, thumb flicking the joint away, "Great question."]
[As her words softly roll the camera swerves until the joint flies right under its view, but its new position frames Vega T'rvati in a new dimly lit scene. Her details are mostly obscured by the darkness, the light coming from the under strands of her hair in such a way that it glints off the metallic sheen of her lips, illuminating them in the darkness. "Many have guessed. None got it exactly right. Luckily, it is extremely rare for anyone to get anything perfect on the first try. So we'll be rewarding the closest to the correct answer that arrived earliest. And that will be Mister Soza of Scatterhome."]
["Starmourn Smart Network." she says, her voice becoming distorted as the scene glitches. Silver nails flash as she raises a hand to snap her fingers, the stark white scene illuminated to an almost blinding degree. The words 'Censored' in red appear in her hand. Regardless of how one looks at her now illuminated face, only the lips are discernable. The hand lowers to place the words 'Censored' over the space her eyes would normally occupy and her lips spread into a perfectly manufactured business smile.]
["Vega T'rvati here with 'Starmourn Smart Network', the Smart choice in entertainment, carefully crafted for your enjoyment. Many of you thought we handle the news, and we do." Her voice is bright and professional and as her hand holding the words up lowers, they stay in place making it obvious that they are actually a pair of sunglasses, her hand ends up on a spotless holoscreen desk. "It isn't what we 'only' do. We strive to provide entertainment to the Starmourn Sector without bias. And we offer exclusive HoloTV channels and listening only options for viewers from all walks of life."]
[Her right hand lifts and words pop into view to her side reading:] - Live talk shows and debates!
- Music!
- Trivia!
- Reality Shows!
- Jobs!
- Advertisements!

[She flicks her hand and the words zip out of view as she speaks again, the smile never breaking as she talks, "The SSN Is a subscription service, however, to commemorate our Network launch, everyone in the Starmourn Sector will receive the first year of service for FREE! That's right, free. It will also remain free to all Starmourn occupants below MIL 20." Her chin dips slightly each time she says free, the pitch getting warmer each time.]

[The camera slowly zooms into her sunglasses until only the words 'Censored' show before she can be heard saying, "Keep in mind that certain behavioral standards must be upheld by all audience members, and talking during shows outside of mandated show portions is 'highly' discouraged and subject to enforcement of the Network's policies." A subtle deepening and distortion are added when she says 'highly' the red flickering between its normal bright red and a darker shade.]

["Opinions, and shows themselves will be as 'Uncensored' as possible as long as they remain within the standards expected during each show set by the Show Host. Legal guardians and temporary custodians of minors, please remember to adjust the access settings for your wards as per the relevant Galactic law in your area of the Starmourn Sector. Starmourn Smart Network does not take any responsibility, legal or otherwise, for their access." The letters that formed 'Censored' have flicked to 'Uncensored'. "Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.]

[The camera backs up and Vega is now seating on a comfortable double seat with the SSN logo floating behind her, there is room for one person in the unoccupied space, she smiles warmly, neutral and calming makeup adorn her face, says, "Thank you for watching. To sync your mindsim to the SSN Channel please contact Lead Producer Vega T'rvati or Lead Producer Katherine Lockwood to get your mindsim certs into the system. And Mister Soza, we will find you for a meeting to go over all the details for your prizes. To everyone else, thank you for your participation, and I hope to see you all soon."]
[A quick ending credit list is shown with various names listed in alphabetical order as Vega seems to be just drinking a cup of hot karaffee in the background, legs crossed and foot bouncing to the music track that has finally come to the audio foreground as the holo ends.]
