We offer sincere condolences for the events that transpired in the month of Mega. An armed dissident attack on the Verge nightclub and your subsequent kidnapping were tragedies and in an ideal world should never have happened.

It has come to our attention that in retaliation for the acts above, you had the whole Ry'nari Jal clan arrested on charges of treason. While we support justice and believe in appropriate punishment for the guilty parties, we consider this action to be unproductive and excessive.

As such, we officially petition the Dominion government for immediate release of Jal clan children, elderly, sick and otherwise infirm, and to swiftly and lawfully establish who from the arrested is actually guilty of treason instead of working under assumption of guilt and group responsibility.
